Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We ship all packages by either UPS or USPS. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout. Please allow 3-10 business days for the processing and shipping of your order, though some items may take longer. We do not cover lost, missing, or stolen packages.


SHIPPING COST

Domestic standard shipping cost is free. International shipping is calculated by the weight of your package, and the location it’s being shipped to.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

Once a package leaves, we have the same tracking access that you do. So, if your package is lost in transit - or states ‘Delivered’ - go straight to your post office with your tracking number, and they’ll be able to assist you. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS INFORMATION

Due to government regulations, international customs form are automatically generated for us via our shipping company, and can not be altered for any reason. Please also note that the declared value of the package is the retail value, not a *sale* price. So, if you purchase items on a sale, the declared value on your customs form will be the full retail value.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Free Return Shipping! ORDERS POSTMARKED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE GET FREE RETURN SHIPPING!

 BEFORE YOU RETURN, MAKE SURE:

 

  • ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE TO GET A FULL REFUND. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return or exchange after 10 days of the delivery date.
  • Please provide an order ID number for faster assistance.
  • Products must be returned in exactly the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unwashed, not modified in any way, and with all of its labels and accessories.

REFUND REQUESTS:

Once the returned item is received, please allow 2 -3 business days for the item to be verified and processed by our returns department. The original price of the item(s) plus any applicable tax will be credited back to your original form of payment.


EXCHANGE REQUESTS:

Once the returned item is received, we will process a new order for your exchange and ship it within 1-2 days. If the new item is a higher price, we will contact you for additional payment; if the new item is a lower price, we will refund the difference to your original form of payment. If you request an exchange for an out of stock item, we will issue a refund or store credit.

 

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEM:
Customers will not have to pay the cost of return shipping for an incorrect or damaged item. We will send a replacement at no additional charge or issue a refund.
